We’re bringing together national and international engineering experience for the design and construction of Australia’s largest hydro electrical project. This project is based in NSW, the design package is in Perth, and it will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world. 

About the role

Immediate start. Based in our Perth office, the purpose of this role is to support the mechanical engineering team with mechanical design and calculations.

Given your expertise, you’ll be able to read our client’s design criteria, specifications and scopes of work, and know what is needed to meet their requirements.

You will join our team on a full-time contract basis.

About you

Critical to your success will be:

  • Your expertise to hit the ground running and the ability to work autonomously
  • 7 to 12 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer
  • Experience in modelling with specific experience using conveyor design and chute design software packages
  • Proficiency with the MS Office suite of programs, particularly Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must with the regular contact both internally and externally
