We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager - Concrete Projects to start immediately on a 2:1 roster.

The Role

To plan, execute, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. The Project Manager is P&L responsible for the project and the company representative to the client.

This role is FIFO to Roy Hill on a 2:1 roster.

Selection Criteria

  • Develops and executes safety strategy and objectives

  • Manages and allocates resources for safety activities

  • Identifies hazards and manages risk

  • Manages incidents

  • A related tertiary qualification to Project Management

  • Sound experience in a similar role

  • Knowledge of concrete and quarry products.

  • Commercial experience servicing large civil contractors or equivalent.

  • Strong leadership skills and the demonstrated ability to effect change.

  • Proven capabilities to self-manage within broad strategic objectives.

  • Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and find new ways to meet our customer needs.
