This consultancy is looking to hire a leader who will continue to drive the success of the Melbourne office and support the Melbourne Manager. This is a position that will support and enhance the growth of the office while maintaining hands on with the design. This position would suit an independent Associate Engineer looking to take on a bigger challenge. 

• End to end design and delivery of high-rise structures
• Utilising best practice on internal software packages
• Oversee and mentor staff, ensuring technical design and delivery
• Present to new and existing clients on project status

• Degree qualified, Registered Building Practitioner
• Minimum 10 years local consultancy experience
• Strong knowledge of the Melbourne market
• Highly experienced in structural design with all the usual software skills
• Proven experience or strong appetite to mentor a developing Structures team
