Depending on qualifications and experience, the position will provide support to the Municipal Building Surveyor and will take a lead role in enforcement, plan examination, inspections (including essential services and swimming pools) and ensuring public safety through compliance. As the Building Surveyor or Building Inspector Surveyor, you will have:

• Relevant qualification as Building Inspector or Building Surveyor with appropriate registrations
• Demonstrated experience in a similar position
• Exceptional knowledge of the Building Code of Australia, the Building Act and Regulations
• A valid Victorian Drivers Licence
