This role offers you a fantastic opportunity to participate in the development of industry leading technology within one of the largest FPGA design teams in Australia.

Working alongside a dedicated team of world-class experts, your responsibilities will include taking a leading role in both the development and translation of product requirements using Xilinx FPGA’s. This is an innovative role with loose specifications often with fast times to market. The role requires a person who is capable of taking a project from concept through design to production and has experience debugging designs from a system level.

You have a strong background in FPGA design and have the ability to solve problems and overcome technical challenges with a leading-edge product portfolio. You have hands on experience debugging designs at a system level and integrating the FPGA to other components such as memory. You are probably proficient in a number of coding languages as well as VHDL, and most importantly understand how your code will be synthesized in to hardware. You understand the importance of synchronous design techniques and what it takes to code reliably inside FPGAs, as well as how to close timing. Although we are open to all backgrounds, experience with high speed design will be especially useful in this role.
