A predictive biometrics systems business focussed on wearables are pioneering technology, they are now post-revenue, post-investment, and moving into scale-up mode. This role offers the ability to continue to build the platform, work with some of the smartest data scientists in the country and build the team during what is arguable the most exciting time in any company’s lifecycle.

We are looking for a hands-on technical lead who has managed other developers but still wants to be on the tools whist the company grows all the while morphing into a more strategic and management position

You will be working with software engineers, data scientists, with input from the hardware development team and take part in designing, developing, optimising, and maintaining our new predictive biometrics platform. Any experience in wearables would be highly valuable but candidates MUST have hands-on experience in:

AWS cloud platform including CloudWatch, S3, EKS, EC2, and RDS,

Kubernetes cluster deployment through Gitlab CI/CD, Dockers

NodeJS API’s, React front-end, Jest unit testing and Microservices architecture,

This will be a massive ride and an easy-going personality with a great sense of humour to fit into the team is essential.
