An excellent PERMANENT Full Time opportunity for a dedicated Area Electrician to carry out electrical trade work and support across the Northern Sector of HNELHD!

About the role:
The successful applicant will be part of the Facility Management Unit Trades Team and will carry out electrical trade work and support at numerous sites in the Northern Sector of the Hunter New England Local Health District (HNELHD). This encompasses working within a Team of trade staff, liaising with other staff, to support the delivery of efficient and cost effective electrical services within a timely manner. You will be required to work across Hospitals, Community Services and other facilities.

About you:
You will have experience and skills across a wide variety of electrical installations and equipment utilised in modern commercial buildings and Health Facilities. You have a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision and are able to liaise effectively with department managers and staff. Your ability to react positively and drive change to actively contribute to the business objective of the Facility Management Unit will be highly beneficial in this role.
