As a Site Manager with Mykra you will be able to show off your skills as an experienced construction supervisor. You will have the opportunity to deliver quality products with a large amount of autonomy within a supportive team environment.

Reporting directly to the Construction Manager you will be responsible for

Supervision and coordination of subcontract trades and Mykra labour for projects.

Establish Site Safety procedures, conduct site inductions as per the company procedures.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Maintaining standards of performance quality and costs.

Develop good working relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and government authorities

Organise and attend weekly meetings, including Site Meetings, subcontractor meetings and safety meetings

ABOUT YOU...

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in Site Manager or Site Supervisor roles
• Driver's Licence
• Supervisor's Registration/Builder's Licence
• Site Safety Supervisor training
• Trade background highly desired
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
