As an established Australian born business, we're continuing to supercharge our growth by turning the global market Amber. That's right, “Aussie Amber” (our brand colour, aptly nailed by our Marketing Team!) This Amberfication is led by our perfectly formed Technology Team and we are looking for an Integrations Manager to join our winning team.

About the opportunity:

As an Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical consulting, product guidance and support to merchant partners integrating Openpay into their online and in-store infrastructures. You will also work closely with Openpay engineering and product teams to develop new products and features to support our evolving merchant base.

Provide technical analysis, technical solution design, software engineering support, and product function expertise to business implementing Openpay payment solutions

Understand client's business and translate business requirements into an integration solution which is compliant with Openpay internal guidelines and policies

Build code samples to showcase how 3rd party apps can integrate with Openpay SDK and cloud APIs, Update developer documentation and publishing release notes

A bit about you :

We are seeking a dynamic individual with fast innovative thinking skills, strong communication skills, excels at customer interaction, exceptional technical and problem troubleshooting skills, and a can thrive in a collaborative team environment.

At least 5 years of experience as a systems engineer / software engineer

A solid working knowledge of enterprise eCommerce platforms and POS/ERP systems.

Knowledge and integration experience with e-commerce and point-of-sale environments such as but not limited to Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Hybris, Demandware

Experience with developing and consuming REST / SOAP web services

Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Proficient in one or more of the following: Node.js, PHP, Python, Java, .NET

Experience integrating UI elements w/ backend services, front-end JS frameworks, 3rd party developer APIs, and mobile SDKs; Adept at using HTML, CSS and Javascript / Jquery
