The Clough Graduate program is designed to provide a challenging, interesting and rewarding career start. It is a three-year structured program that could include local, remote and international assignments, supporting the development of core competencies and capabilities through relevant experience and training.

To be eligible for the Clough Graduate Program, you will: 

• Be graduating before the end of February 2021 start date and have completed tertiary studies in the Electrical (or similar) discipline
• Have attained or achieved a predicted average grade of 65% or above
• Be an Australian citizen or have the right to permanently work and remain in Australia indefinitely
