Senior Sales Engineer

$80,000 - $95,000, car allowance, bonus + Super.

CSG Talent has an opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer, coming from an electronics background, to generate/convert new business opportunities and manage existing customers across Victoria & South Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide sales growth in vertical market segments including transportation, machinery, energy applications, automation and electronic manufacturing.
• Create business opportunities with customers and offer technical consultancy of products and solutions.
• Develop strong relationships with OEM's, end-users, system integrators along with local distribution businesses.
• Help diversify the company to solution selling to maximise customer potential.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 3 years sales experience working with interconnect products.
• Can demonstrate technical competence and can identify solution selling opportunities.
• Is able to relate to various level of hierarchy within customers - ie sales & marketing, production, purchasing, executive level.
• Has a Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Must be able to travel when required.
