Site supervisor required for a successful and award winning residential builder in Brisbane. The successful candidate must be a team player with a track record of delivering to the client on strict time frames and has the best interest of the company at heart.

Requirements

QBCC Site supervisors license or equivalent
Site set out and Coordination.
Scheduling trades and delivery of materials on site
Client liaison
In house liaison with Construction Manager and Estimators
Ensuring projects are delivered within time frames
Adhering to QBCC building codes, compliance, quality and OH & S and practices

The Individual

2 + years Site supervising in QLD
Ability to supervise 10 - 20 homes in peak periods
Strong ability in driving projects as well as the ability to get the best out of trades and suppliers
Forward thinker and being able to manage multiple sites (up to 18 Builds)
Team player as well high level of customer service
Strong knowledge of building codes and practices within QLD
Loyal working history with direct report references
