Hortum is a Landscape Gardening business providing garden and grounds maintenance services to commercial, body corporate and high-end residential properties.

We are seeking a gardener experienced in parks and gardens to carry out grounds maintenance precision and tall hedge trimming and detailed horticultural work. The Role will be primarily based at the Melba Estate - Coombe Yarravalley site in Cold stream.

Duties may include:

>General garden maintenance

>Mowing and Edging. Both push and ride on mowing

>Tall and Precision Hedge trimming

>Weed control

>Site clean-up

> Pruning

> Plant nutrition and pest and disease control

>Soft landscape works.

> Detailed garden work with ornamental flower beds.

The Applicant

Must have an enthusiastic approach to work, be a team player that is capable of leading others and be capable of doing physically demanding work.

Experience

>Experience in garden and grounds maintenance duties above is essential!!!!

>Demonstrated ability to work with others and be a team leader as required.

Qualifications

>Chemical application certificate

>Cert III in horticulture - Parkes and Gardens (Partial completion will be considered)

>Manual drivers licence
