The role: We are on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Field Service Engineer to join TOMRA Sorting Mining, based in our Castle Hill office, Sydney. This role offers the ideal candidate an excellent opportunity to work for a truly inspirational company in an industry that continues to go from strength to strength. This coupled with a solid background in field maintenance will produce a solid foundation for your career to take off at TOMRA. This role would ideally be suited to someone who has great electrical or control systems technical skills with a strong mechanical aptitude. You’ll love finding solutions for our customers and be tenacious when it comes to getting the job done! Essential skills and experience Engineering degree (minimum bachelor level) Minimum of 3 years previous full-time experience field maintenance role (commissioning, testing, operation, maintenance, repair of mechanical / technical equipment) - Technically minded with a solid electrical background with a strong mechanical aptitude - Excellent problem-solving abilities Great communication skills Experience of building internal and external business relationships Ability and willingness to travel interstate and overseas occasionally If you like variety, responsibility, challenge and are looking for increased job satisfaction then this could be the role for you!
