RobLawMax is working with a leading engineering consultancy who requires the skills of a Team Leader | Senior Civil Engineer to lead the delivery of various urban, land and industrial development projects throughout the wider Queensland region. You will join an office built on exceptional client relationships and engineering innovation, where you will contribute to a range of significant private and public sector projects – leading projects, driving technical leadership and engaging with key accounts.

Based in modern offices you be a key part of the leadership group and be surrounded by industry leaders in urban development, civil infrastructure, hydraulic and structural engineering. To be considered for this Team Leader | Senior Civil Engineer role you should possess:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

RPEQ accredited or eligibility to obtain

Extensive experience in urban development with specific reference to large scale residential, commercial or industrial projects

Good technical civil engineering skills with the ability to lead projects through the life cycle

Advanced communication and client account management skills

Strong commercial acumen

Good teamwork and leadership skills

Good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
