The Role

The Site Supervisor Will Be Responsible For The Following
  • Providing direction and specialist advice in relation to waste management for the Team Leader.
  • Oversee the various activities at the waste transfer station, the resource recovery centre, street sweeping functions and street litter functions.
  • Ensure the relevant reporting to state government bodies occurs.

As the successful candidate, you will also be able to demonstrate the below key selection criteria.
  • Relevant qualification, or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training.
  • Demonstrated experience guiding and implementing waste transfer operations within a similar-sized organisation.
  • Proven ability to follow instructions and work according to established processes.
  • Ability to provide good customer service and ensure the quality of work outputs.
