Your new role
Working closely with the Director, you will be responsible for the administration and running of the office. This is a broad and interesting role where you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director and wider team including; Personal Assistant duties, ordering stationary and office supplies, assisting with client queries, coordinating travel arrangements and ensuring all administration tasks are completed.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. You will be able to demonstrate initiative and think on your feet to really add value to an organisation. To be considered for this role you must have previous experience providing Administrative support in a senior position within a Construction/Property environment. You will need to be familiar with construction processes and have previous exposure in the running of a small to mid-sized office.
