The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within budget, timeline, and scope, with strong communication skills. Experience within remedial construction will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities/Skills

• Set project timeline and monitor progress to ensure milestones and key performance indicators are met 
• Co-ordinate internal & external resources associated with the delivery of the project 
• Prepare progress claims and variations on job 
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings, plans and technical scope of works
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) must be a strong negotiatior with the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow up skills
• Subcontractor management, including obtaining quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
•  Understanding of all safety, quality and environmental policies, procedures, regulations and legislation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years experience in residential or commercial construction 
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Competent in MS Office with knowledge in MS Project and Excel
