This role will give you the freedom and versatility to do all of the above, playing an integral part in defining the SRE culture in a rapidly growing team.

About you:

• You will come from a strong DevOps and automation background and have a solid understanding of SRE, best practices and principles
• You understand how to work as part of a small and dynamic team, wearing multiple hats and liaising across various business units
• Have a comprehensive understanding of AWS services and infrastructure as code
• You will have a solid understanding of CI/CD and tooling
• You will be a problem solver at heart and enjoy team collaboration, looking out for each other as if they were family

What you will need to be successful in this role:

• 3+ years AWS experience – understanding of cloud native services
• Experience writing infrastructure as code – Terraform (preferred)
• CI/CD experience with Gitlab or Jenkins
• Experience setting up monitoring using Grafana, Prometheus
• Knowledge of blue green deployment
• Understanding of containers – Docker/ECS/Kubernetes
• Experience working in a small team/startup environment, where you have had to get your hands dirty across all aspects of projects
• Knowledge of security
• Experience with one of more: Vue.js, Golang, Java, C, C# or C++ (nice to have – not essential)
