Michael Page Property have been exclusively engaged to recruit an On Site Building Manager for a premium residential complex close to Brisbane CBD. This role would suit an experienced Building Manager who is looking to live on site and enjoy an inner city lifestyle.

Client Details

This position is to manage a large, premium residential complex close to Brisbane CBD. The complex has four high rise apartment buildings, over 400 units, as well as amenities such as pools and gyms. Management are looking for an experienced Building Manager/Caretaker who has excellent communication skills and enjoys dealing with people, as well as strong computer skills.

Description

Key responsibilities will include:

• Attending Body Corporate Committee meetings
• Dealing with day to day issues arising on site (e.g. maintenance, security, services)
• Coordinating and liaising with trades people (e.g. gardeners, cleaners)
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and other stakeholders

• Previous experience managing a similar sized complex
• A desire to live on-site in inner city Brisbane
• High level of computer literacy - previous exposure to MYBOS highly preferable
• Excellent interpersonal skills and personal presentation

• A highly competitive salary, expected to be in the range of $75-80k + super + accommodation
