We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our Construction team.

Attributes that are most desirable for this role would be:

• A commitment to deliver excellent customer service
• An eye for detail, a passion to deliver quality build outcomes and to work within an established Quality Assurance program
• A strong understanding of all responsibilities relating to Work Health and Safety and a positive approach to delivering safe outcomes for all stakeholders
• A well-established knowledge of building codes and construction standards/practices
• Willingness to contribute to a team culture
• A commitment to build homes in an efficient and proactive manner in line with performance expectations
