About the Role…

Reporting to the Groups Building Services Manager, you will become a member of an energetic and competent team.

The role is responsible for providing a high level of technical service to ensure that all the Group premises and equipment are maintained at optimum levels for the safety of patrons and employees.

Duties/responsibilities include:

• Providing maintenance support across all 3 C.ex clubs
• Maintaining a schedule of preventative maintenance to ensure optimum efficiency & operations of all buildings and equipment
• Recommending and providing feedback on equipment improvements and work practices
• Assisting with daily maintenance as required in areas such as general electrical repairs ,emergency & fire detection systems.
• Completing and processing reports and paperwork in a timely manner
• Working cooperatively in a team environment
• Displaying a Can Do attitude
• Maintaining respectful relationships with your colleagues and customers.
• Contributing positively towards C.ex culture & goals by participating in C.ex Community Crew events.
• Adherence to all C.ex standards, policies and procedures including compliance with WH&S and governing legislation

Skills/experience

• Recognized Electrical Trade Qualification
• Minimum of 5 years experience ( Highly Desirable)
• A general understanding & working knowledge of air conditioning & refrigeration systems ( Highly Desirable)
• Working knowledge of current BCA requirements & Australian Standards
• Experience in the service & repairs of commercial catering equipment ( Highly Desirable)
• Computer Literate- Microsoft Products
• Current NSW manual Car License
• A proven track record of demonstrating safe work practices
• Above average problem solving skills
• Numerate
