Position Title: Project Engineer

Salary: 75k+ 9.5 % Superannuation

Waratah Commercial Air are looking for an experienced Project Engineer for an immediate start. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Sydney NSW.

The Project Engineer will be responsible for the following duties:

• Estimate, plan, coordinate, and monitoring company projects.

• Schedule required materials for the ventilation and air conditioning works and program activities.

• Assist to the design coordination meetings as required and look for assistance to provide accurate and promptly response to changes and enquiries

• Update mechanical services drawings and/or mark it up as require generating the changes.

• Create, make, and control inspection of works before closure of walls, ceilings, and final fit off in accordance with applicable codes, practices, standards, and design specifications.

• Interact and manage daily with the project stakeholders, especially the supplies, client, and project team.

• Review and report project performance (budget, schedule, scope, and quality)

For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:

• Project Management knowledge

• Computational and analytical skills

• Bachelor’s degree of mechanical engineering

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
