About The Client
Privately owned Australian Storage & Distribution company with multiple sites in each state (this role based at their site in the east of Melbourne). Metro and linehaul capabilities with vans and trucks ranging in size. Development into corporate team opportunities at a national level.
About The Role
Managing whole contract and cost centre for company headquarters. Manage and mentor up and coming management teams. Profit efficiencies focused role for the entire site. Dealings with new and existing customers on a daily basis.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee whole contract / cost centre
- Mentor up and coming management teams
- Manage 50+ staff sites
- P&L focused role
- Monthly customer reports
- Site inspection audits
- Change management
- Transport Fleet movement back up
- CI / Efficiencies development
- Transport and Logistics background
- Strong Management background
- Fleet management skills
- COR understanding
- Warehousing & Storage background
- Safety (OHS) Management understanding
- $130,000 - $150,000 + Super, negotiable
- Mentor up and coming managers
- Be your own Business Manager for the company
