Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Interior Architectural Designer to contribute 2D & 3D design capabilities across multiple commercial projects.

You need to be in your element when championing your design proposals to clients, and working in a dynamic and fast-faced project office means you need to turn concepts and documentation around quickly and to budget.

Responsibilities will include:

· Nurture, establish and protect the integrity of the client's vision in line with company objectives throughout all design stages

· Devise Tender and Scope documents

· Prepare 2D/3D conceptual designs, project documentation, design briefs, proposals and presentations to time and budget constraints

· Translate design concept and detail through to documentation and construction staff, all the while ensuring adherence to BCA

· Prepare and submit detailed drawings to local authorities as required

· Liaise with external consultants, engineers and project managers as required

The following attributes and qualifications are required:

1. A Qualification in Interior Architecture/ Design with substantial commercial experience is mandatory (preferably in corporate interiors).

2. You must actively demonstrate a superior knowledge and speed in AutoCAD, Sketchup PRO, Photoshop, InDesign and various rendering and technical documentation packages.

3. You will also need to possess a strong understanding of the BCA, Green Star and Disability Access.

4. Exposure to Healthcare Design is highly desirable.
