About the builder

With a fantastic, experienced senior leadership team, you will work in a very supportive team of Drafters. You will make friends, enjoy an amazing office water view, and feel appreciated by a thriving business.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret local council requirements for siting purposes
• Produce accurate detailed working drawings for construction
• Develop and produce new design concepts for consideration.
• Produce specific details and develop a library of standard construction details
• Provide accurate volume siting plans for new developments

Skills & experience required:

• ArchiCAD expert with 3-5 years' experience for a new home builder in a high volume environment
• Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
• Senior level of experience with structural engineer's drawings and their content
• Knowledge of civil earthworks and site conditions cut to fill requirements
• Understands soil conditions and the effect on designs
• Creative flair and ability to think outside of the box with good construction knowledge
