We are looking for a Construction Supervisor/Construction Foreperson with extensive experience in the rail/transport infrastructure sectors. Must be a current resident of Australia, be familiar with the Sydney NSW Metropolitan region and have knowledge of, and experience working on, current transport infrastructure projects in the Sydney region in NSW Australia. Must hold current RIW/RSW and have recent experience on construction projects in the $3m-$5m range working on Sydney Trains or Transport for NSW or Sydney Metro assets. Must have rail corridor experience including working in and around an active corridor and high-voltage overhead assets such as 1500v DC overheads and 11kVa overheads. Salary (up to $130k) to be negotiated/agreed with the right candidate for a position likely to become available in January or February 2021. Experience on night/weekend possessions an advantage. Experience managing your own trade/labour teams in addition to subcontracting trades is a distinct advantage. Must have advanced proficiency in MS Office & Project, have an excellent command of spoken and written English, and understand the operational processes and methods of Tier 1 and Tier 2 players in the transport infrastructure sector.
