Your opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Commercial team and support our Change Manager. You will support the estimating process, by contributing to and bringing together the pricing, documentation and stakeholders/ consultants, vendors and partner input

To be considered for this position, you will require:

You will need to be a self-starter who is highly motivated, well organised and committed to the highest possible work standards and safety.

• Proven experience in estimation within a large scale civil/rail construction environment
• Demonstrated skills and experience in estimating packages - preferably CATS.
• A thorough understanding of estimating principles and practices in multi-discipline environment.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse, evaluate and interpret a range of complex and technical documents, including relevant regulatory, legislative, and licensing requirements, codes and standards, plans, drawings and specifications, invitations to tender, contracts and procurement reports, and bills of quantities
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and subcontractors
