The Opportunity

With a overflowing order book from some of the leading mining contractors in the country there is an opportunity to join this organisation to head up and manage current, large scale concrete, bulk earthworks, detailed earthworks and foundations projects in the Pilbara. It is a FIFO 2&1 roster, full time position with a great salary on offer. You will be focused on some of the most critical projects the business is currently tackling.

The Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in either Civil/ Structural Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years' successful project experience, ideally on Concrete and Earthworks projects
• Must have a detailed knowledge of concrete (pre-cast or in-situ) and Foundations.
• Strong knowledge of Bulk and/or detailed Earthworks
• Must be able to demonstrate previous success on projects circa $50M +
• Strong eye for detail, programming, scheduling and planning
• Experience working closely with construction and operations managers
• Client relationship focus
• Effective management and leadership skills
• A strong desire to grow
