The Asset Improvement engineer will a major contributor to the analysis of data across the companies major fleet assets.

You will be responsible for the following - 

  • Implementation of innovation projects or tools in order to improve the asset performance.
  • Develop mechanical asset improvement programs to enable performance improvements.
  • Be a leader for the development of work management procedures
  • Develop improvement programs for site maintenance practices within the mechanical side of assets.
  • Design, implement and monitor NDT programs
  • Be a leader in innovative change across the business with new technology to help with asset monitoring

Do you have experience in the following areas?

  • Manage and deliver oil sample programs
  • Develop and maintain predictive maintenance strategies
  • Identify end of life or redundant mechanical components and feed into capital replacement program
  • Investigation lead for all iCAM and deep dive analysis
  • Long term fleet planning

Desired requirements

  • Mechanical Engineer (degree qualified)
  • Asset management or project management qualification
  • Strong experience in similar role minimum 5 years
  • Experience working with heavy mobile equipment
