Reporting to the Project Director, the key focus of the Project Engineer will be to assist in project management and technical activities for PPP’s, as well as providing support to new business opportunities and pipeline management.

Located in Sydney the role will:

  • Assist with the development and submission of PPPs (EOI and RFP)
  • Manage project bid documentation and correspondence
  • Management of client data rooms and communications
  • Prepare and manage bid budgets
  • Assist in engagement and management of advisors
  • Support bid approval process and internal governance
  • Involvement and support to workstreams as required (technical, insurance, commercial, financial)
  • Active and measurable participation in Innovation Campaigns
  • Support development of new business opportunities, including market soundings and industry engagement
  • Manage the project pipeline database 

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

  • Experience in similar level role, in PPP projects for Construction or related industry
  • 3+ years post graduate engineering experience with 3+ years in greenfield infrastructure
  • Project finance experience or infrastructure industry experience
  • People management and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Visio, Projects)
  • Past experience with project documentation and data room platforms required (Acconex/Ansarada/Intralinks etc)
