JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Process builders’ bookings within the required timeframe.
  • Develop and distribute the construction list to relevant stakeholders.
  • Schedule and raise purchase orders, coordinate all garage hardstands as per builders call update.
  • Coding supplier invoices, raising and claiming variations as required and authorising supplier invoices over budget.
  • Able to provide timely and effective communication to all stakeholders.
  • Enter concrete quantities and review concrete over runs daily

About You

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Good computer literacy and administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changes in priorities
  • Excellent work ethic, reliability and honesty
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience and knowledge of concreting and/or construction industry will be highly regarded
