The Project

CPB Contractors has been selected by the South Australian Government to deliver regional projects under the Port Wakefield to Port Augusta (PW2PA) Alliance.

Your Opportunity

We are currently seeking applications from candidates with proven major infrastructure project experience in Roads / Earthworks / Structures across the following professions:

  • Supervision 
  • Health & Safety
  • Engineering
  • Project Administration

All roles are entirely region-based, and require considerable travel. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work and be based in regional SA, with project locations including Port Lincoln and across the Eyre Peninsula, Port Augusta, Port Wakefield and Yorke Peninsula, and areas in between. Regional allowances will be applicable.

The Alliance format offers excellent opportunity for personal growth and development in a high-performance environment. A strong personal commitment to safety and maximising outcomes for our regional communities, is essential. The roles demand a strong focus on leadership to achieve required outcomes of the work group and the promotion of high standards in accordance with the specified requirements and client expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant degree/qualifications
  • Ideally, previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractor on a construction project
  • Proven experience in successfully delivering large work packages
  • Proven experience in managing site teams on civil construction projects
  • Ability to effectively manage budgets, systems and stakeholders to achieve exceptional outcomes
  • Excellent awareness of, and attitude towards Safety
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation and drive to achieve value-for-money results
