Your new role
After a show of steady growth, they are now looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

As a Civil Supervisor you will be liaising with and managing Clients, Engineers, Superintendents and Council Inspectors. Tendering for smaller projects, involving bulk and detailed earthworks, overseeing sewer, stormwater, and water service installation and managing road construction. Reporting directly to the Project Manager you will ensure project deadlines are hit by assisting in the development of schedules and driving performance and progress.

Further responsibilities include; monitoring and ensuring construction activities meet all safety regulations, risk management on site, and compliance of all materials.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have 15 years experience within the Construction and Civil Construction industry and a minimum of 5 years experience managing people. Thorough understanding of all relevant specifications, ability to read and interpret drawings, coordinate subcontractors, implement and manage compliance documentation and lead a team of employees to execute a project within a tight timeline.
