Due to numerous upcoming & existing projects we are currently very interested in hearing from
experienced Telecommunications Field Engineers to boost our teams. We have multiple telecommunication projects including builds and maintenance work in Sydney Metropolitan & Country areas.
We are looking for experienced people with a great attitude, who work well in a team and are committed to maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
Applicants should have 1-2 years’ experience with base station equipment on mobile telecommunication network sites with familiarity with Australian mobile operator’s shelter layouts (including all ancillary equipment found in equipment shelters).

Responsibilities and duties;

Building mobile Upgrades and Greenfields sites in the Installation, commission, upgrade, integrate which includes working at heights of installation and maintenance of antenna and feeder cables on monopoles, roof tops and towers, Installation and orientation of microwave dishes, Installation of poles, towers and guyed masts.
Maintenance of telecommunications vendor equipment including various testing of antennae / feeder line systems, install and commission optical fibre links, provide installations, moves, additions, changes, testing, Fault analysis/diagnosis and the required appropriate corrective action.
Client HOP pack contribution via evidence of completion of works
Nokia 3G and LTE Flexi Base Stations Install/Commission/Integration
Huawei Install / Integration UMTS / LTE
Ericsson WCDMA / LTE Build & Integration
Strict adherence to OH&S policies and be proactive and positive attitude to HSE on and off site.
Required qualifications are:
Possess a general OHS Induction (white card)
Valid Australian driver license

Qualifications in associated works or trades will be highly regarded; especially electrical or telecommunication trades..
RF Awareness Training
First Aid & CPR Certificates
Working at Heights Training
Regular state wide travel is a requirement
Above award rates, excellent conditions and company sponsored training and skills development are available to successful applicants.
Salary $60,000 - $65,000
