JOB DESCRIPTION
The cyber security support team at WebSecure are highly trained engineers that not only redirect calls, but perform the true diagnostics and problem resolutions. Our intentions are for the the support team to be across the newest and most current updates to the vendor’s offerings, to be able to not only support our customers, but also answer questions to internal project teams.
Our team needs to have the highest level of training and knowledge to be able to to solve real world problems of live systems, some of them with time critical issues.
Already WebSecure is the most highly regarded deployment partner of CyberArk in Australia/New Zealand. This support team is no different.
We are looking for an engineer to join us in the industry leading newly formed cyber security support team.
Responsibilities
- CyberArk system break/fix.
- Development and development of automation components and systems.
- Operational process development and maintenance.
- Customer co-ordination with reporting and presentation.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate with technical people as well as general management.
- Some presentation skills.
- Not prone to panic (level headed), commonly projects total calm in a storm.
- Love problem solving.
- Like to know how things work under the hood.
- Have good attention to details.
- Like helping people.
- Have structured thinking.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Windows Servers and active directories
- Network troubleshooting skills
- Powershell scripting
- Experience in Linux
Must be a Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen and currently in Australia.
