Long term contract to work as a consulting engineer for this global MSP across a number of Network Security projects. Duties will include: * Authoring design documents, high and low level * Providing technical deliverables on projects and tasks assigned in the technologies specific to your capability set * Provide knowledge and understanding across all technologies; networks, systems and security to the teams around you * Coach and mentor others with their technical development

Technical experience

• At least 8-12 years in IT services environments or professional services environment
• Exceptional level of technical knowledge in one or more product/solution/service areas, this may include acting as a subject matter expert in the following:
• Load Balancing, scripting language (TCL/iRules), NGINX, WebServer Technologies
• DNS & Global SLB
• Application Security (WAF), DDoS, Bot Defense
• IDM (Identity Management)
• Proxy & Web/URL Filtering (Bluecoat, Squid)
• Automation & Programming/Scripting (TCL, Python, Java, others)
• Firewall, IDS/IPS, SD-WAN (Security)
• Highest technical strength in the dedicated field selected for:

• Security
• Networking
• Cloud services
• Unified Communications
• Wireless
• Mobility
• Systems
• Practical working knowledge of planning and testing methodologies
• Experience in applying technology to business opportunities
• Solution design and implementation experience on industry products: F5, Radware, Infoblox, Bluecoat, Cisco-ISE, Cisco-ACI, Checkpoint, Palo-Alto, Fortinet, Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure)
• Worked within a 'Presales' environment
