Senior DevOps Engineer - Melbourne CBD

The Company

Salt is excited to have partnered with one of Australia's leading Financial Services organisations based in Melbourne, who is currently seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their high-performing Engineering teams on a permanent basis.

The Role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be joining one of our Financial Services Engineering teams, where you'll be involved in an exciting project helping them to build and deliver a new Enterprise platform.

Key Skills and Competencies:

The successful Senior DevOps Engineer should have the following skillset;

• Experience as a DevOps Engineer, including Automation experience
• Extensive experience with AWS
• Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, BitBucket, GIT, AWS, Spring Boot, Artifactory or Java)
• Hands on knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Siebel, Terraform)
• Commercial experience with container technology / orchestration (Docker, ECS, EKS)
• Demonstrated experience in configuration management tools (Ansible)
• Understanding of various programming languages (Python, Groovy, Java, Node.js)
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
