Security Solution Architect
- Initial 10-month contract, likely extension
- Burwood location, currently working from home.
- Up to $950 + super per day
Large NSW Government agency. Provide technical leadership on a cutting-edge cyber uplift program.
The Company:
This is a large government agency that is at the forefront of NSW Government's vision of leading the country's digital transformation.
The Role:
This is an initial 10-month contract role, with an ASAP start date. It is a 3-year program of work, so the role will likely be extended beyond the initial 10 months.
The role is a mixed OpTech/IT program of work. As the Solution Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership on the OpTech side of things - essentially working on the signals and systems that keep the transportation running.
Your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Building relationships with and working with key stakeholders to work towards project outcomes.
- Providing advice in areas such as user access control, identity and privileged access management, incident lifecycle management, event monitoring, vulnerability management, system and networking hardening, and more.
- Providing advise to enable a sustainable and measurable reduction in risk.
- Supporting the architecture governance within the program.
About You:
- Relevant experience in a similar role and professional security certifications
- Strong customer facing / stakeholder management skills
- Experience working on IACS security uplift projects
- Experience working in Operational Technology and/or the transportation industry
- Must be located in Sydney with full work rights
