Randstad is partnering with a national civil contractor that prides itself on delivering successful infrastructure and maintenance projects. Culturally diverse they have over 100 staff as part of their operations and continue to engage with the community to enhance New South Wales infrastructure. The business is focused on developing internal staff with training programs and a flexible structure in place to fast track your career.
The role
With several projects awarded, it’s an exciting time to join this civil construction leader. Develop and support the General Manager in delivering RMS projects across NSW. This exposure will allow you to flourish and be engaged across the full-project-life-cycle. For your efforts, you will be rewarded with an attractive salary package and a fully maintained vehicle.
Duties include;
- Scheduling, forecasting, cost control, and procurement of materials
- Drive construction activities in accordance with design specifications
- Continuous liaising with authorities, clients, and engineer’s
- Influence, drive, and manage subcontractors and crews
- There will be occasional travel interstate and regional NSW involved in this role
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience across civil infrastructure, roads, highways, and earthworks projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- A proactive approach and genuine willingness to succeed
