The role

With several projects awarded, it’s an exciting time to join this civil construction leader. Develop and support the General Manager in delivering RMS projects across NSW. This exposure will allow you to flourish and be engaged across the full-project-life-cycle. For your efforts, you will be rewarded with an attractive salary package and a fully maintained vehicle.

Duties include;

• Scheduling, forecasting, cost control, and procurement of materials
• Drive construction activities in accordance with design specifications
• Continuous liaising with authorities, clients, and engineer’s
• Influence, drive, and manage subcontractors and crews
• There will be occasional travel interstate and regional NSW involved in this role

You will need

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience across civil infrastructure, roads, highways, and earthworks projects
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
• A proactive approach and genuine willingness to succeed
