• You'll be responsible for leading a team in delivering road and drainage maintenance projects in Logan 
• Taking ownership and being accountable for works under your supervision 
• Leading and managing your staff and contractors to deliver projects 
• Ensuring the project is delivered in accordance to project scope, specifications, budgets, timeframe and in line with Council's Health and Safety Policy.
• Taking our workforce on a journey to understand and embrace contemporary construction and maintenance practices

• Strong experience in the construction and maintenance of road and drainage works in rural / complex urban environments 
• Ability to inspire and lead your team 
• Reliable, with a strong focus on team work and a willingness to learn from senior officers 
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) to undertake administrative tasks and deliver conversations 
• You can quickly develop collaborative working relationships with your team and supervisor
