  • Salary negotiable from $98,282 plus 3.5% Civil Liability Allowance
  • 19-day Month
  • Leaseback Motor Vehicle

The Role

The roles offer a diverse and interesting range of projects and operational works aligned with road maintenance and construction, drainage and the supervision of Councils own workforce and contractors on projects in urban and rural environments.

About You

We are looking for an innovative problem solver who is committed to providing effective verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership skills in conflict resolution and strong organisational skills in achieving critical deadlines and schedules.

You must have:
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline, or relevant industry experience
  • Class C drivers licence
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge Civil Works in maintenance and construction techniques for roads, drainage, bridges, minor and major structures and projects public domain
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Planning and Management including budget and contract management skills
  • Ability to resolve and control complex engineering problems and show adaptability and initiative
