My client is a leading Building Management company and due to growth, they are seeking several experienced Building Managers to join their team and manage a residential property in Sydney.

About the role

• Management, maintenance, and operation of all building services
• Plan preventative maintenance schedules & programs on common property
• Prepare reports for strata meetings and weekly updates, and defect reports
• Ensuring that the assets are maintained in good repair, utilised in the most cost-effective manner and serviced in accordance with the statutory requirements, whilst maintaining the highest level of safety and customer service.
• Managing the onsite teams -cleaners, gardeners and sub- contractors
• Compliance with the requirements for the building
• Manage Strata Schemes, Community Schemes and BMC's
• Prepare and distribute meeting notices, agendas and minutes

• Minimum of 2-5 years' industry experience in a similar role
• Experience in BMC, residential, strata, reports Commercial and retail, mixed-use
• Awareness of safety, HSE&S, DDA, and other risk management issues.
• Awareness of the Australian Standards and B.C.A.
