Be the conduit between our customers and our build team, answering all enquiries from customers and providing administration support and assistance to the team as required. Based in our Geelong Office.

Reporting to the Building Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively managing the customer expectations by regular updates of the status of their home during the building process;
  • Effectively communicating and maintaining the professional link between Metricon clients and our team on site to ensure feedback and resolution;
  • Maintain customer files with relevant contract, variations and other required documentation;
  • Create workflows and reports;
  • Provide all relevant documentation including compliance certificates to nominated Building Inspector;
  • Confirm with Site Manager that inspections are complete in order to achieve occupancy permits;
  • Ensure all client information is correct and up to date; and
  • Maintain and constantly develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes in order to confidently interact with clients.

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Proven experience working in an account / relationship / project management role is highly desirable;
  • Experience in a customer focussed role with conflict and problem management focus;
  • Proven ability to work in a pivotal customer contact role in a customer focused, time critical working environment;
  • Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities;
  • Working knowledge of the building and construction process;
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proven ability to work in a positive and professional manner in a goal orientated environment;
  • Intermediate Microsoft WORD EXCEL and OUTLOOK computer skills; and
  • Some experience in using database systems is an added advantage.

  • This role requires a national police check to be undertaken.
