Our client is a medium sized Cabinet Making Operations Company located in North Brisbane, partnered with WorkPac they are currently seeking a Project Manager to commence immediately.Â

About the Role

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Project Manager who is seeking a new career move within the Construction/Manufacturing industry. This is a temp to perm opportunity located in Brendale working dayshifts. The successful candidate will have an extensive background throughout the Construction industry and will ideally have exposure within the Carpentry or Cabinet Making trades. You will be responsible day-to-day management of multiple sites and installers including the planning, scheduling, mobilisation, and execution of all of these projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director

Engage with and lead the team

Manage performance and KPIs

Communicate with Operations Manager and Factory Manager to deliver success

Direct and monitor work sequencing to expedite project delivery

Troubleshoot job sites to oversee problem areas and resolve issues when required

Manage staff levels and performances

Skills & Qualifications

Project Manager Background

Minimum 5 yearsâ experience in this industryÂ

Experience using Jobman Scheduling System highly regarded

CERT IV in Cabinet Making is desirable

Construction White/Blue Card

Current resume with 2x work related referees

Hold a current Australian driverâs license

Availability for an immediate start
