Zenergy have been engaged by Mirvac to source the Victorian Regional HSE Manager position.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, the Regional HSE Manager will be the SME across projects in Victoria and provide guidance and advice to construction and project personnel. This is a strategic role which will allow you to work alongside senior management to develop, implement and manage the corporate WHS framework and assist with HSE requirements for tenders and submissions.
Equally, you will be hands on and dedicate time to being out on site and driving safety from the ground up. You will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with internal and external parties including subcontractors, regulatory personnel, and authorities to manage all project HSE issues.


  • Tertiary qualifications in Health, Safety, Business or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated recent experience in managing and leading large-scale, high-rise projects over $100m, 20 + storeys.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, influence, and build credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing Health, Safety and Environment for large organisations and high-risk industries.
  • Being a team player with excellent communication and analytical skills with an ability to mentor and coach.
