A major tier 2 Civil Contractor in the Melbourne construction scene that covers a wide range of civil services are looking to take on leading hands to work on Subdivision, Road & Infrastructure Projects.

The positions are open due to company growth and expansion.

Your new role

• Ensure work sites are operated safely in accordance with project SWS
• Manage and supervise site staff and subcontractors;
• Ensure works comply with client specifications and company procedures;
• Manage onsite documentation efficiently;
• Recording daily activities and cost tracking;
• Assist with the programming of and procurement for the project;
• Deliver works with your project team to forecast budget and delivery dates;
• Maintain and develop customer relationships with key stakeholders;
• Promote and develop a strong safety culture;
• Continually improve the skill level of our site workforce;
• Have excellent attention to detail;
• Deliver high-quality work, while adhering to timelines

What you'll need to be successful:

• Experience working on Sub-divisions, Roads, Water, Sewer & Bulk Earthwork projects.
• Ability to lead teams & lead by example
• Mentor and motivate team members
• Excellent understanding of safe working practices
• Have excellent attention to detail;
• Deliver high-quality work, while adhering to timelines
• Excellent verbal communication and leadership skills.
