The Role
We are seeking a Civil Engineer & Graduate Engineer who are looking for an opportunity to work collaboratively alongside our team onsite. Your skills in design, construction supervision and project management will be highly regarded. You will be given the flexibility and support to enhance your career.

The projects works may include, but not be limited to: road works, bulk Earthworks, drainage and underground service installation. Your duties will include, but not be limited to, the below:

  • Regularly inspecting works during construction to ensure quality control and construction as per drawings and specifications
  • Working closely with Supervisors to achieve project objectives
  • Monitor procurement of materials and consumables for portion of project scope, to ensure works can proceed as per schedule
  • Liaise with client representatives regarding technical queries, inspections, project scheduling and coordinating deliveries 
  • Review, create, issue and follow up all request for information (RFI’s) and technical queries (TQ’s). Ensuring register is up to date.
  • Resolve technical issues in an expedient and cost-effective manner

About You

Ideally, you will possess skills and experience satisfying or exceeding the criteria below:

  • Have achieved completion of a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
  • A minimum of 3 years postgraduate experience
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a confident personality with the potential and desire for a future leadership role
  • Have the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Sufficient engineering experience to be able to carry out the job duties and responsibilities specified
  • Be reliable, trustworthy and be able to collaborate easily
  • The willingness to assist where required to meet project milestones and requirements
  • The ability to apply company QA requirements
  • Have the flexibility to work throughout South Australia and interstate when required.
