Experienced Contracts Administrator, 4+ years contracts administration experience, on both large and small scale Fit-out & Refurbishment projects across the Commercial, Health care, Aged care, Heritage, Education, Childcare, Governmental, Museum, Correctional & religious sectors.

Description

• Prepare subcontractor procurement schedules, scopes, lettings and packages
• Review, negotiate and finalize subcontracts
• Manage and track project expenditure inclusive of subcontractor claims
• Progress claim assistance and external variations
• Administration of RFIs to internal and external stakeholders

Profile

• Have 4+ years' experience working for a construction, fit-out or refurbishment business
• Hold relevant qualifications in construction management
• Have experience working on projects in similar sector, size and value
• Be well organised with a keen eye for detail
• Communicate effectively both written and verbally
• Have experience dealing with suppliers, negotiating and finalizing contract agreements
