Working within the Geotechnical group and supporting our Roads, Civil and Transport teams, this is an opportunity to broaden your skill base by working within a multi-disciplinary engineering environment committed to delivering our client's objectives.

Key Activities Will Include

You will work on a range of road, rail and aviation projects including new and existing airports, and a portfolio of metropolitan and regional road projects.

• Conduct, oversee and arrange pavement investigations on site.
• Arrange and oversee laboratory testing for pavement investigations.
• Develop pavement designs and detailed pavement modelling.
• Provide inputs into pavement specifications.
• Support project managers, design managers and pavement engineers on pavement related aspects of a project.
• Supervise and mentor less experienced staff.

What You Will Bring To The Team

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil or Pavement Engineering.
• Strong passion and interest in the Pavements field.
• At least 7 years’ experience in a similar role.
• A strong commitment to Health and Safety, particularly during field investigations.
• An ability to write clear, concise technical reports, memo’s and emails.
• Ability to verbally communicate well with clients and colleagues.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• The ability to manage multiple demands ensuring delivery of projects to the required quality, time and budget needs.
